I know they are such buzz words and lots of the stuff you see here on Insta would have you think you need to give up half your weekend to get it done, BUT it doesn’t have to be complicated or time consuming!👏🏼👏🏼
Small things make a big difference: like washing and chopping your fruit & veggies when you buy them.
Batch cook by simply making more of something when you cook it so that you have leftovers for lunches or to keep on hand in the freezer.
Cook a batch of egg or oat muffins or prep smoothie ingredients to freeze and you’ve got your breakfasts sorted for the week.
