5 handstand push-ups
10 one-legged squats, alternating
Did 10 rounds, showing my pistols in this video
Also 30 minutes roadwork at 10.2 combined with Triceps work. In the end Tabata of the bike today. Felt much better this morning

Always challenge yourself to do more. For me I've been practising front squats for the last 2-3 weeks with a hip circle and emphasizing opening my hips throughout the movement.
