My husband and I watched a documentary on Monday night called “What the health” if you ever wanna know how crooked this world is start doing some simple research on where your food comes from! Before that show I was watching a series called “Rotten” also very good. If your curious go watch them! Monday night I went shopping after watching what the health and I didn’t purchase any dairy or meat! .
Tuesday we ate vegan and it turned out really well here we are it’s Wednesday and we are doing it again there’s no dairy or meat to have 🤷🏽♀️
I am trying this thing because those shows are reality and quite disgusting I’m also doing this for our health personally I have IBS (self diagnosis) haha I’ve had issues all my life recently I’ve noticed when I eat meat it burns all the way from my stomach to my throat sometimes I don’t even want to finish my meal because it hurts not to mention we are lactose intolerant why is our body rejecting the foods we eat? HELLO!!!!
This is day two, the girls are doing great so far loving what we’ve had don’t ask me what I’ll eat on Thanksgiving 😩Idk how long this will last But I do know our dairy and meat intake is being CUT DOWN SEVERELY!!!! .
