Some women experience a very severe itching in late pregnancy. The most common cause of this is cholestasis, a common liver disease that only happens in pregnancy. Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy (ICP) is a condition in which the normal flow of bile is affected by the increased amounts of pregnancy hormones. Cholestasis may increase the risks for fetal distress, preterm birth, or stillbirth. Women with cholestasis should be monitored closely and serious consideration should be given at 37 weeks @advancedmfm#babiesarefun#cholestasisofpregnancy#fetalmonitoring#iamaamfmbaby#weloveourjob#prenatalcare
Making #BurntHoney is ideal for people who love putting stuff on the hob and then wandering off. Made this for the first time last year after accidentally making 'caramelised' white chocolate.
We take our Vanilla ice cream very seriously indeed. No extract, no pastes and certainly no essence or flavourings. Just fresh pods infused in our pasteuriser with Guernsey milk and cream. There's a worldwide vanilla shortage at the moment which has seen the price increase three-fold but this won't stop us making our vanilla ice cream the way we want to. #Vanilla
#Gin ice cream. We don't use any actual gin, just juniper, coriander, citrus and tiny stick of cinnamon.
We made some pastry and then infused it with a super yolky, vanilla-y custard base. Tastes like a delicious custard tart. If we added almond and cherry we could have had a Bakewell but I'm not a massive fan of them - they're a bit 'church fete' so glad we didn't. 😬
