Continuing this week’s theme of sleep (check out The #LaunchPad for the blog post on health and world peace!) here’s an easy way to challenge yourself to get to bed earlier: pick a start date and for 30 days, challenge yourself to go to bed two mins (just two!) earlier than the previous night. Do this for 30 days, continuing to go to bed two minutes earlier than the previous night. By the end of those 30 days, you will be going to be an hour earlier than you were the month before. You can repeat this for another month until you get to a point where you are getting a full 7-8 hours of sleep a night.

Between the crazy of today’s world, running a creative business, and the stress of everyday life, sometimes it feels like I’m spinning my wheels and it’s hard to catch up, let alone stay in the moment. I used to wake up every night between 1 and 3 am. 🕰 I never knew my body was trying to tell me something.
