▫️What's in it: 1 cup of frozen organic spinach, 1/2 of an 🥑, 1 cup of frozen white sweet potato, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1 scoop of @alohamoment vanilla protein, 1/2 cup @califiafarms coconut almond milk. ▫️What's on it: @wholefoods organic pistachios (roughly chopped), 2 tablespoons @manitobaharvest hemp hearts, and @pearlbutter beauty butter giving it that magic swirl (and glorious coconut flavor!) 🔮💫

📌Bel, boyun, sırt ve omuz ağrılarının nedeni
Postür, sağlıklı bir kas ve iskelet sistemi açısından çok önemlidir. Sürekli tekrarlanan duruş ve oturuş yanlışlıkları, yıllar içerisinde bir taraftaki kas gruplarını daha aktif hale getirerek vücuttaki kas uyumunun bozulmasına neden oluyor. Hareketsizlik ve duruş bozuklukları, özellikle bel, boyun, sırt ve omuz kaslarında görülen ağrılara, yorgunluğa ve eğilmelere neden olabiliyor. Fıtıklar, kambur ve iskelet sistemindeki orantısızlığın başlıca nedeni bu durumdur.
📌Postür sağlığı için düzenli egzersiz şart
Omurganın doğal yapısına aykırı bir eksen bozukluğu, beyin ile vücut arasındaki iletişim ağında da kopukluğa neden olur. Omurgada ağrılara neden olan duruş bozuklarını engellemek ve sağlıklı bir postüre sahip olmak için düzenli egzersiz yapmalı, kaslarımızı güçlendirmeli, en doğru oturma ve duruş pozisyonlarını öğrenerek anatomik yapımıza ters etki edecek pozisyonlardan kaçınmalıyız.
📌Bilgisayar başında çalışırken duruşunuzu kontrol edin
• Sırtın üst kısmı düz, omuzlar yanlarda rahat pozisyonda
• Kalçalar mümkün olduğu kadar geride tutulmalı, bel öne eğilmemeli.
• Sırt destekli ve omurga kıvrımına uyumlu olmalı.
• Çalışma koltuğu en uygun yükseklik için ayarlanabilir olmalı
• Ekran göz hizasında veya çok az aşağıda konumlanmalı, çalışırken boynunuzu eğiyorsanız ekranı yükseltmeli veya sandalyenin uzunluğunu düşürmelisiniz.
• Kollar dirsekten itibaren masa üzerinde düz bir konumda olmalı, bilek ve parmaklar eğimsiz ve rahat pozisyonda olmalı.
• Dizler, üst bacak ile alt bacak arasında 90 - 100 derecelik bir açı oluşturacak şekilde bükülü olmalı.
• Ayaklar, düz zemine basmalı veya uygun bir ayak desteğine dayalı olmalı.

Rock stacking ~ also known as stone balancing, is the act of placing stones in various positions without the use of adhesives or support.
The best thing about stone balancing is leaving the structure there for someone else to enjoy, like what happened here today.
I wonder who stacked this and how they felt when they did it? What did the action do for them?
I find rock stacking to be extremely meditative.
Manipulating earth with my hands is always an act of meditation for me.
