Who the hell is that? Oh, just me in September's WeightWatchers UK magazine...!!! (I LOVED that dress, thank you @leighwilliamsstylist)

So inspired by the latest #weightwatchersmagazineuk I just dragged my kids to tesco on food #fitpoints to get the ingredients...OK it doesn't look as good as the mag but it smells amazing! #wwdinesin #smartpoints #recipes

I really wanted junk, unhealthy, full fat food for lunch πŸ™ˆ why oh why! In particular I really wanted a pot noodle...can you believe theyre 19sp each - 19!!!! And they don't even fill you up ! So instead I made my own for 8sp πŸ˜‡ much more filling and tasty! ⏩ for more info!

Goes to show we're all better off thanks to @weightwatchersuk ! It's clearly suiting us all as a family πŸ‘ͺπŸ’•

So post holiday official weigh in this morning!
I'm not gonna lie, I completely pigged out on holiday πŸ™ˆ I went with all good intentions of not eating for the sake of eating, wanting to make good choices etc etc. That all went out the window before we even left the house!
Holidays are what I work hard for all year round. I didn't deep down want to go and be good food wise. I knew it'd make me miserable stressing over points. So I was off plan Wednesday evening last week after weigh in and then enjoyed myself on holiday.
I weighed myself yesterday morning (⏩) I'm going to be honest - it scared the crap out of me ! Which in some ways I'm pleased about because it hit home with me that I know my limits and then get myself back on plan - which will hopefully mean I'm never going back to my old ways and habits. Holidays are temporary!
So yesterday I got myself back on track, did a #nocount day and loved it. I ate well, enjoyed what I had, didn't feel deprived and this morning I officially weighed in ! (⏩) Yes I gained 1lb but 1lb is nothing for the week I've enjoyed with my boys πŸ‘ͺ now onto a new week of fresh points, fresh targets and a week to make good choices.
PLEASE DONT EVER BEAT YOURSELVES UP OVER TEMPORARY GAINS. THE HARDEST CHALLENGE IS GETTING BACK ON TRACK - CONCENTRATE ON THAT, NOT THE SCALES!

LUNCH

Tuna and cucumber sandwich (using hovis wholemeal bread, tuna in spring water, cucumber and 20ml ltl mayo), salad with 0sp extra light salad cream and a small portion of @tefal.uk actifry chips! ---
All 0sp on #nocount or about 9 #smartpoints

No Count Tea!
The boys all had sausage and veg with a huge dollop of mash (which I could of had on no count but didn't fancy it) so I made pork loin steaks (fat cut off after) with roasted onion and carrots, leeks, peas, sweetcorn and carrots. Then I used 2sp for my gravy. Was delicious !

This ☝🏼 is my favourite @spicentice curry !
Chicken balti! Served with brown rice and actifry chips with @spicentice chip rub on! 😍 this is all free on No Count or about 9-10sp if counting.
And we all enjoyed this πŸ‘ͺ so nice to only have to cook one meal and all eat together - love school holidays!

I'm enjoying my #nocount days. Sometimes it's just nice to forget about the scales in the kitchen and just make healthy balanced meals. It's also nice because we can all have the same meals at tea times, no portioning my meals separately- and even better, my foods still hot when I eat it as I haven't spent ages weighing every single crumb!!!

Meatball recipe I used ⏩ all free on count and it made all these meatballs out of a 500g back of mince.

#nocount meatballs for tea tonight! With homemade tomato and basil sauce!
Hubby will get used to this homecooking malarkey over the summer hols!

+5 this week for me!
I've not been for a couple of weeks due to family commitments & tbh honest I've found the past few weeks really hard! I've been putting this massive amount of pressure on myself to lose weight and do it well when im only human and sometimes life is hard and you have to deal with other things sometimes before putting yourself first! However I have taken back control today & feel good after weigh in.
Taking each day as it come!! πŸ”΅

#throwbackthursday to last years summer holiday ! I gained 8lb in the first week! Then the second week I lost 4lb of that and then came home and straight back on plan and lost the final 4lb! Holidays are time to relax, enjoy yourself and make happy memories πŸ’• Tuesday I will be straight back on plan and ready to lose the gain! Remember this is a lifestyle and holidays are just temporary gains πŸ–β›ΊοΈπŸ‘ͺ🐢

So today has not gone completely to plan as in I have rushed around non stop so didn't get my soup ok till later, however that is now cooking ready for tomorrow.
Instead I made a quick ham, cheese & marmite tostie 7sp & grabbed some hula hoop baked 3sp & my fave alpen Jaffacake bar 2sp. Washed down with coffee & a quick 5 mins with the Avon book lol πŸ”΅

My Holiday with Hubby & no kids is coming around very quick & I am not near the target I'd like to be!! I've been letting daily stress of everyday life and anxieties taking over and controlling me rather then taking control of them. I've not been as committed as I should have been! BUT today is a new day and I am feeling very determined & motivated and I WILL be at the target I want to be for my holiday! I Watch this space.....

Yes it took me 13 months to lose 36lb 🐌 but do you know what, I bloody enjoyed my weight loss journey and I dong regret a thing. @weightwatchersuk is not a quick fix diet where you starve yourself every day and compromise your lifestyle choices. It's for life πŸ™ŒπŸΌ So after my weigh in tomorrow morning I am having a few days off weighing, measuring, counting points and meal planning. Family time with my boys in our caravan is much more important πŸ‘ͺπŸΆπŸ–πŸ›΄πŸš²πŸŽ β›ΊοΈ
