๐Ÿ˜ I filmed a real workout too I'll post that soon! One comment I get all the time is "you probably never drink, or eat bad, or go a day without working out". This is far from the truth. I love having fun and I love indulging just like anyone else would. It's not every weekend, but I never pass up on special occasions. I usually make my own drinks and bring stevia. I definitely go days, sometimes weeks without working out, but I'm still the chick that will always take the stairs or take the dog on a long walk. And food? Come on. I love trying new things especially when traveling ๐Ÿฅ—๐ŸŒฏ๐ŸŒฎ๐Ÿฅ™๐ŸŸ๐Ÿฅ“ Having health and MENTAL health are both equally important and need to be balanced. It is not sustainable if it is not enjoyable.

FYI: When you build up enough muscle mass, it is easier to maintain your physique because the more muscle you have, the more calories your body burns to maintain it.

Standing alternating DB curl โ€“ dipping into the 4 to 6 rep range while maintaining good form!

Biggest issue I see people do on these, which keeps them from putting 100% into this exercise, is elbow placement! Watch anybody who has "genetically inferior" biceps, and watch how they curl! I guarantee you 9 times out of 10 as they go through the movement, their elbow is slightly behind their shoulder! This is terrible for bicep development! At least that is what helped me! If you don't like this tip, don't do it. Pretty simple ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Focus on keeping your elbow slightly out in front of your shoulder at all times! This mimics having a preacher bench behind your tricep! This is going to give you the biggest bang for your buck during bicep exercises

First of all, Happy Mother's Day to all your beautiful mamas! This week has been a good one. I had a great dinner out with all my friends on Thursday, smashed out a 92.5kg deadlift on Friday, had really good French toast yesterday and organised my schedule for the upcoming week - it's gonna be a busy one full of hard work ๐Ÿ“šIt's also under two weeks until Singapore eeeeeeeee!! โœˆ๏ธ
