😝 I filmed a real workout too I'll post that soon! One comment I get all the time is "you probably never drink, or eat bad, or go a day without working out". This is far from the truth. I love having fun and I love indulging just like anyone else would. It's not every weekend, but I never pass up on special occasions. I usually make my own drinks and bring stevia. I definitely go days, sometimes weeks without working out, but I'm still the chick that will always take the stairs or take the dog on a long walk. And food? Come on. I love trying new things especially when traveling 🥗🌯🌮🥙🍟🥓 Having health and MENTAL health are both equally important and need to be balanced. It is not sustainable if it is not enjoyable.
FYI: When you build up enough muscle mass, it is easier to maintain your physique because the more muscle you have, the more calories your body burns to maintain it.
