DB rear delt fly into ski pole push offs- Finished off delts with these today. Bent over rear delt fly off to the side of of your body then right into ski pole push offs!

Try to keep your arms bent a little but still keep
them stiff. More movement in the upper arm during this movement will really engage your back much more than you need to!

| 8 MONTHS POST PARTUM | Probably the worst day to take this as I'm having a huge hormone surge or something at the moment - My skin is breaking out so much, I've been bloated for the past week and I can't do anything to stop it! My time of the month still hasn't returned (not pregnant I've tested ๐Ÿ˜‚). I feel fine though, quite normal! Loose skin & stretch marks still exist of course, but they don't really bother me at all & the hair loss has slowed down a lot (THANK GOODNESS ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ). I'm working out 5-6 times a week; and still muscle group specific. Diet is healthy - Just trying to make sure I'm getting enough protein for muscle recovery ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ I'm quite happy with how my progress is going!
Zeke is 8 months old of course; and he is doing great! I'll post his little update tomorrow, but I can't believe how big he is - It's really upsetting! This has been the fastest 8 months of my life - How much Zeke has grown; Even how much Emerald has grown in the last 8 months! I've really been trying to slow down lately and enjoy this time with my little babes.. Zeke will be walking soon and Em will be in school - I just can't ๐Ÿ˜ญ Also! They are SO HARD to take photos with/of!

@Regrann from @bigrob204 - Here's some clips from my heavy back workout. Not as strong as I thought but can def feel I can move 9 plates on a deadlift bar. We were short of guys but with Tyler n my bro we got it done the best we could.
8 plate deadlift for 3, we did like 5 sets of rows with 405lb trying to get angle so was way to tired to goto 495lbs... and 4 sets of 210lb dumbbell rows followed by cable rows n pull ups.

Stop thinking and DO! If you really want to start, day one does not have to be a marathon, day one can be a 15 min walk, 20 min cycle, 15 min core work out in your home, eating better, cutting out sugary drinks, reducing snacks - Day one just has to be something small ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ’ฏ Then well done you've done it - you have started!!! Now what's next??? Day two!! Same again! Increasing activity over time! Small daily changes will add up, and before you know it you will be well in to week 2, week 3 etc.... โ˜บ๏ธโ˜บ๏ธ and before you know it you're on the way in your health journey - it's much easier once you stop procrastinating and just do it! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ
