#TransformationTuesday.. don't think about what can happen in a month or a year .. focus on trying to achieve small daily goals .. everyday !!! When I started my fitness journey 10 years ago I didn't start with a goal of getting 6 pack abs and I assure you I never dreamed that I would be posting pictures of myself on instagram 😱🙈.. I started because I wasn't happy with the way I looked or felt .
I was trying my best to keep up with my real life responsibilities.. family , work , home life. It really didn't leave time for myself . Although I was not overweight , I wasn't healthy . It's what you call "skinny fat". I wasn't confident.. I was shy and introverted. My body changed drastically after having children and I didn't think I stood a chance of getting my pre baby body back . My eating habits were not healthy . I would try to be "good" by not eating then eating everything in sight late at night .
I knew I needed to make a lifestyle change .
I began working out at home 45 minutes a day . It was the time I would set aside as "ME" time . I wouldn't miss a day .. I started by doing workout videos . Once I started to see changes , I eventually joined a gym . I wanted to tighten up and build some muscle after losing the weight . The process was a long one . I didn't know what I was doing . I was shy at the gym and embarrassed to workout in the weight area. But my goals were greater than my fears and I stuck with it . Along my journey , I also learned that exercise and nutrition need to go hand in hand to see a real difference .
Today I'm so proud of how far I've come . I'm healthier than I have ever been . I'm more confident than I've ever been and I truly feel blessed because I'm better now than I ever was . So I hope this helps you realize it's NEVER too late to make a change . With a little bit of sweat , hard work and determination all things are possible . You just have to convince yourself that you are capable of achieving anything you put your mind to ...I have come a LONG way .. If I could do it so can you 😘😘💪🏻

his was always personal to me many people are too lazy to workout that are capable of working out and do these surgeries to loose weight. These procedures usually have some consequences that it's just best you stay away from...
1) Serious pain.
2) Possible internal bleeding.
3) Healing issues.

front sqwaaatttss. always neglected these in the past because 1. i didn't want overly-strong quads playing soccer... an uneven quad to posterior chain muscle strength ratio is a leading cause of knee injury in female athletes (not a problem for me since i don't play anymore) 2. front squats are more awkward to do and you can't do as much weight as a back squat, and 3. i was more interested in glute hypertrophy (like most girls) than anything else. BUT i've come to realize how more versatile and well-rounded my programing has become as a result of adding in exercises i never really gave a chance before. highly recommended trying new things in the gym... not only does it help you better develop parts of the body you may neglect and target trained areas in different ways, but it keeps things interesting, so you're less likely to become bored with your gym routine!

This may just be a water bottle but sometimes the smallest gestures mean a lot. 551 for 5s today on sumo deads. Just trying to get through this week then I get a nice long deload. Might do a 2 week deload to give the joints a break and get ready for the last block of this training cycle. Hips, knees, and shoulders all need a break 😂😳 Also forgot my shoes today so had to get bear foot. .
