Motivation to workout was seriously lacking today 🙄 Did 30 minutes of weights at the gym then said ✌🏻 out haha. The way you eat is the temple to your body, patience, and clean eating and consistency! ♊️Going to the gym everyday and eating crap isn't going to get you change in your body. ♊️Recovery is very important for your body to develop. ♊️You need to change your mental state with food and eat in moderation....something That is a challenge for me too, but I'm getting there.
