Happy hump day 🐪 Ran out of frozen berries so I switched up my morning smoothie routine with an egg scramble and 1/2 a grapefruit for breakfast.

I packed this in Tupperware and plated it at school during a break from lecture. Breakfast should be simple and full of fiber, protein, and healthy fats👌🏼
On my plate:
🍳
• 3 @vitalfarms pastured eggs, seasoned with cumin, onion powder, garlic sea salt, and fresh cracked black pepper
• 1/2 cup chopped organic kale
• 1/2 cup organic spinach
• Roasted broccoli
• Roasted tomatoes
• 1/2 an avocado
• 1/2 a grapefruit from @imperfectproduce
🍳
Pre-heat oven to 360 F. On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, coat tomato’s and broccolini in a little avocado oil. Roast for 16 minutes. In a small bowl, whisk eggs and add spices. Sauté greens in a medium skill with 1 tbsp of water. After 45 seconds, add 1 tsp ghee and eggs. Scramble eggs and top with broccolini, tomatoes, and avocado. Enjoy!

Be prepared! This was just laziness that went in my favor. I just started tossing all my ingredients and kept it on the counter, having it handy instead of many trips to the pantry and draws to look for ingredients kept it easy for me to whip up something. When you cook or bake, I don’t feel the craving to eat a lot. Maybe,

Bottom line? Keep doing what you do best and is already working to lose fat, then hang in there. Be patient, and your belly will end up melting before you know it. The truth is, it doesn't take as much time as you'd think 😉⠀
