🌺How to not go overboard on vacation 🌺 .
1️⃣ Avoid sugary drinks. Pina coladas, sangria, you knowww what drinks I'm talking about 🙈. If you really want one of those fun drinks, get ONE! Have one to satisfy your craving (Bc it's still vacation helllllloooo have fun!!) and then switch to a lighter option.
🍸Tequila/club soda (can also add splash of whatever juice/crystal light/BCAAS if you really don't like the taste)
2️⃣ Intermittent fasting can WORK wonders on vacation. Make your window of eating 12pm-8pm or whatever you think will fit best into your vacation schedule!
3️⃣Make smart choices. If you KNOW you're going to go out for a big dinner. Have some fruit or a lighter breakfast, and have another light lunch, that way when dinner rolls around you can enjoy it and not go way over on calories!
Easy bonus tips!
✨MOVE. Get active! Do some walking, a quick 15 min hiit workout. You'll feel soo much better!
✨Drink yoooo wata. Helps with bloating,digestion, keeping ya hydrated and stuff is always a good thing 😊
At the end of the day you're on VACATION! And you don't NEED to stay on track. Enjoy yourself, and just be smart about what you're eating! 💕 .
