Candace writes: On 7-6-17,I woke up and decided that I needed to make a change. I was tired of being tired, I was tired of feeling the way I did, I was tired of not having any energy and I was tired of not feeling like myself. So, I sent a text to my friend Heather who was always posting on Facebook about how great she felt. I won’t lie I had seen others in the past who were posting about these simple 3 steps that they were doing but I was skeptical of how something so easy was really going to work. But I knew I needed to do something. Heather and I met up later that day, so I could start my experience the next day. As she was going through the steps and telling me about the products she mentioned no coffee. No coffee? I’m sure I probably looked at her like she was crazy. Prior to Thrive, I was drinking 3-4 cups of coffee a day. Two first thing in the morning (like don’t talk to me until the coffee hits my soul) and one to two more in the afternoon to get me through the rest of the day. I was even known to growl at people who would say good morning before I had my coffee, so I didn’t think my Day 1 Experience was going to go well or even my first week. Fast forward to Day 30 and I have stopped drinking coffee, started eating healthy and lost major weight and NEVER LOOKING BACK!
