Over 45 years ago my paternal grandparents had a vision and I’m pretty sure it looked something like this pictured here.
They invested in 4 sunny beachside cabins in North Truro, cape Cod and secured a little piece of heaven for generations to come.
They LOVED cape cod and passed the gift of this happy place onto their children, their grand children, and now watching their Great grandchildren enjoy it is just something magical.
Proud to come from people of vision and belief, now working on my own visions and dreams for my children and the future generations to come.

Every time you have tried to diet in the past by not eating ‘bad’ foods, and I MEAN every time, the diet may have worked for a short period but then this will have happened…..

You craved so badly for something, let’s say chocolate, that you gave in and had just a little bit thinking it wouldn’t do any harm.

As soon as you had finished it you thought “oh bugger I’ve ruined the diet today” and then thought to yourself “OK, I will start again tomorrow”

We hear self love all the time and agree with it. But, what is it really?... For me, its doing things for yourself that you would do for a person you really love like your own child. With this in mind, let me ask you, would you feed your child junk food?... Bullying them because of their body?... Make excuses for them so that they can continue living an unhealthy lifestyle?... I’m sure you said no to all questions. Would you then do anything to help them overcome an unhealthy way without complaining or making excuses why you can’t do it?... I’m sure you would. Now, apply that same love to you. That’s self love!

**Fat Loss Myth Number Three** Why are you all so mean to the humble bit of bread!!! What did it ever do to you anyway??? Make you fat I hear you shout!!! WRONG!!! Now some of you may have started to sense a theme here but we will crack on regardless.
Carbs don’t make you fat!! No one group of food is responsible for your body fat gain. Eating too much is. “But when I quit eating bread I lost weight” “how did you lose weight?” “I cut out carbs!”
Not the case I’m afraid. You may have had results but it is because you cut down what you were consuming as a whole. You started eating less food!!! That’s why you lost weight!!! It’s not the carbs fault! I could equally stop eating my breakfast everyday and lose weight and assume it’s my brekkies fault. It’s not! My brekkie is lovely!! (Warning ⚠️ cutting out carbs can lead to grumpy ass moods and lack of energy!! 😀) P.s that is a plastic tank behind me. #mumlife
