Every time you have tried to diet in the past by not eating ‘bad’ foods, and I MEAN every time, the diet may have worked for a short period but then this will have happened…..
You craved so badly for something, let’s say chocolate, that you gave in and had just a little bit thinking it wouldn’t do any harm.
As soon as you had finished it you thought “oh bugger I’ve ruined the diet today” and then thought to yourself “OK, I will start again tomorrow”
“Actually, if I am starting again tomorrow, I may as well finish the rest of this chocolate as I don’t want it tempting me”
“AND, I may as well have a Maccies and some beer to finish off properly ready to start fresh tomorrow”
