Wanted to share with you guys my starting point and show you that extreme physical changes take time. There was a time I was SO insecure and uncomfortable with my body. I was not able to recognize my worth and instead looked to others for validation. I struggled with my body image throughout high school and freshmen year of college. I always wanted to better myself, but never fully committed and easily got discouraged and gave in to temptation. There was a point though, that I decided that failure was no longer an option, and I committed fully and haven't stopped since. Yes, I'm not perfect and cheat a good amount! But my priorities are straight. If I do cheat, I make sure to be a little more strict the next day, instead of falling off the wagon completely. It's all about balance. This process has helped me to realize that you really can do ANYTHING you set your mind to, I gained self validation, and not to mention, I discovered my passion, fitness! My journey is not over yet either- if anything it's just beginning! The end pic will serve as yet another before pic SOON😏- I remember being insecure, and if that's how you feel, know that you're worth it! Believe you have what it takes because YOU DO, visualize your success, and then JUST DO IT. It's not easy. If it was, everyone would do it. But thats what makes success so much more rewarding!
