ARE YOU UNABLE TO EXERCISE? Exercise is a fantastic component of health. But many people are physically limited in their ability to exercise, and therefore give up on weight loss. I LOVE BUILDING MUSCLE!!! The programs I do are not just focused on nutrition but some killer workouts too. The program I just finished was WAY out of my โ€˜cardio comfort zoneโ€™ but I was growing sick of cardio so I decided to change it up. That meant some major weight lifting and I could not be happier. Your workouts should make you excited- if they arenโ€™t, itโ€™s time to switch something up. A mere 1.4lbs difference in these pictures (in 60 days) but so much muscle gained. Oh, did I mention I did nearly every workout at home, too?๐Ÿ˜ Starting a new accountability group today with my coaches & challengers and am excited to see their results!

I get asked how Iโ€™m so motivated to exercise every day. Truth is, Iโ€™m not. I SO did not want to workout this morning. Notice Iโ€™m wearing a long sleeved shirt (that never happens during a workout!), the same leggings I wore yesterday (donโ€™t judge - we all do it), and I couldnโ€™t even muster up the energy to put on some shoes!

But Iโ€™m disciplined. Iโ€™ve created this routine for myself and even when Iโ€™m not motivated to get my workout in, I do it anyway. Because I want change. I want to feel better and look better. I want to have an abundance of energy. I want to be happy. Endorphins make you happy.
.
I donโ€™t do very well with excuses. I have a low tolerance for that. I get it, people are busy. Everyone is busy. But we make ourselves busy. We CHOOSE to be busy. Are we CHOOSING to do something for 30 minutes a day to better ourselves? (or today I only did 22 minutes - see... I REALLY wasnโ€™t motivated today)

When was the last time you chose to do something for YOU? To do something to take care of YOU. If you arenโ€™t taking care of YOU first, no one else will be happy either because you arenโ€™t happy. It could be a little selfish, but really... itโ€™s ok to be a little selfish sometimes.

A lot of people shy away from exercise especially with the famous line " I don't have time".

Truth is, while exercise is 20% in weight loss, you NEED it!. No one wants flabby body after weightloss, we all want that toned and hot body but it cannot fall from the sky.

As little as 10-15 minutes a day can make a difference. Exercise can be fun and addictive, you may set out to do 10mins and find yourself 45mins in it. So if 30-45 mins sounds too long, start first!!! .

To the awkward faces we all make when taking selfies I'm the mirror. This photo is as relaxed as it could possibly be. This photo to me means a lot, tonight I just kept looking at it while I was working out. It's been tough lately with motivation. I won't sugar coat it and say its been easy when it hasn't. I had to literally drag my ass to the gym tonight... I wanted to stay home and watch the santa clause lol ๐Ÿ˜‚ but I put my clothes on and fucking went. The more consistent I am with getting myself to the gym, eating healthier, and just doing better it'll pay off. These jeans I am wearing are my size 14's.... you would never guess... that last year I was a size 24!!!! no joke!!! With hard work, and never giving up i finally am starting to see my full potential. I cant,wait to turn 26 and give myself the best birthday ever by hitting my 100 lbs lost!!! I'm beyond determined. I know I say that a lot but y all didn't see the year of straight struggling and doing great then quitting and repeat. I would do well then stop... I won't allow myself to submit to trial and error anymore. Guys!!!! Today is officially weigh in Wednesday!!! I'll weigh in, during the morning but I'm super excited!!!! Let's smash those goals!!! Today I wore this huge hoodie so that I could burn double calories wearing my sauna suit!!! This thing kicked. My. Ass I mean so intense super just soaked head to time! Lately all I've wanted to do was bail on going to the gym but so glad I pushed myself to go... never give up. I have 100 lbs to lose in less than a year to reach my goal of 150 lbs loss in a year! I know I can do it!!! I just have to believe in myself.
