Tag Someone That’s Making a Fitness Transformation 💪 Meet @fittybritttty Over 5 years ago, I was at my heaviest 250+ pounds, just ended a long term relationship with my boyfriend & was just plain fed-up with how I looked. After years, of being told I needed to lose weight by family members & doctors, I woke up one morning & was all of a sudden ready to commit to losing weight. I joined weight watchers, went to meetings every Thursday with my mom, eventually I hired a personal trainers, was introduced to clean eating, weight lifting, and the weight was flying off. It took a total of 15 months to lose 86 pounds! I kept it off for about a year & then decided to have my extra skin removed & have since been maintaining & living my life in a healthy & balanced way! Along my journey I fell in love with fitness and have since changed my career to work in the fitness industry & I plan on some big things for the future. I would love to help other woman reach their goals & I occasionally offer personal training & nutrition advice & I have a blog where I wrote all about my journey & share workouts, recipes, & tips for weight loss! Starting tip: My one rule in life & especially in weight loss is NEVER GIVE UP. I never will.
