💥LOSING WEIGHT WITH HEALTHY FOODS?💥 (SAVE!⤴️)

🍇Yep, eating mostly whole foods helps a lot to lose weight. Of course, you will still need to pay attention to HOW MUCH you're eating - food quantity (portion control) is always important, no matter if you're eating healthy or unhealthy foods!

🎾Why can you eat more on the right side? The foods on the right side are less calorically dense - which means 'less calories per amount of foods' -> aka: you can eat more for the same amount of calories. This helps for you to feel full and satisfied (not hangry).

Quando eu entrei na adolescência eu emagreci , fazia lambaerobica e alguns exercícios de musculação ( 14/15 anos) mais logo engordei de novo , usava anticoncepcional , e com 19 anos já estava " dona redonda" novamente.
Quando aos 22 anos eu engravidei eu já estava acima do peso , eu cheguei aos 88 kg na gravidez com 1, 58 cm .😓
Quando a minha filha nasceu eu fiquei louca , super curtindo minha fase mãe , porém não tinha uma roupa que ficasse bem.
Quando a Yasmin fez 6 meses eu entrei na academia novamente e aí foi dada a largada para chegar aonde eu nem imaginaria .
Eu comecei com o jump fazia 30 min + 1 hora de esteira + 30 min de musculação, massas quando saía da academia comia batata frita com coca cola ✋😂
Quanta Falta de informação minha gente.
Percebi que não engordava mais , mas também não emagrecia , algo estava errado por alí.
Comecei a fazer pesquisas relacionadas a alimentação e comecei a fazer substituição de alimentos ( sozinha)
Quando a Yasmin completou 1 ano e eu parei de amamentar, eu conheci os famosos termogênicos e pow! 💥 Em 2 meses se foram 14 kg e dali em diante começava a neura por dieta e treinamento.
Haaaaa, peguei o gosto da parada , e fui com tudo , em 2012 eu trabalhava em uma agência de modelo e conheci uma fisiculturista , e fui buscar sobre tal categoria " wellness " eu já tinha uma pré disposição para categoria, não é vc que escolhe é o seu corpo.
Fiquei 1 ano fazendo pesquisa e me preparando para minha primeira competição em 2013, ninguem apoiava , achava que eu estava maluca , doente sei lá 😂
Meu marido disse: Vamos lá ,vamos ver no que dá , e pow de carão vice campeã , no ano seguinte 2014 passei para @ifbbrio e no estreante 4 lugar, depois no mesmo ano conheci o meu atual treinador @alexandrestatic e demos início para o primeiro Arnold Brasil , eu estava lá entre as mais gatas e linda wellness brasileiras . Fui semifinalista.
Logo conheci minha malvada @esteticaplenitude , e @clinica_constantino , dávamos início a muitos pódios e títulos .
Eu acreditei em mim , eles acreditaram e acreditam , eis me aqui até os dias atuais .
O fisiculturismo me ensinou a ter disciplina .

💥FOODS THAT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL FULL💥

🥕Vegetables - Full of nutrients and are high volume, low calorie. They are high in fiber and water which will keep you feeling full

🍎Others to add to the list: Apples, Oranges, and Popcorn. Nuts should also be mentioned, but nuts are super high in calories, so to keep within a calorie budget quantity will be small.
