😎This could potentially provide you with 3-4 days worth of different meals just by changing how you serve it, I’ve suggested serving it with salad, just because I find it works well with the choices but that’s just my personal preference.

💋FYI if you opt for romaine lettuce, you will be consuming one very nutrient dense lettuce, it beats the old iceberg hands dow. You can also cook with it. I very often make hot or cold wraps with it.😋

😍 I highly recommend keeping the chicken in one container & assembling the various dishes daily, helps to keep it a bit fresher & because you know what your having will take you 5 minutes.

👌🏻Taking as much decision making out of your meal choices during the week when your busy is essentially one of the smartest things you can do.

👱🏻‍♀️ I find people’s decision making capacity bucket fills up all to quickly during the week with all the pressures of work, keeping the family in check & dealing with any unforeseen circumstances that inevitably crop up.

Ok so I’m reposting my dinner from last night with the #recipe because it was too delicious & easy not to share. And because I had a few people ask for the recipe🤷🏼‍♀️. Recipe below⬇️⬇️
• 2 lbs. pork loin
• 1/2 t. salt
• 1/2 t. pepper
• 1/2 t. garlic powder
• 1/2 c. water
Sprinkle salt, pepper & garlic powder over pork. Add water to crockpot and then add seasoned pork. Cover and cook 6-8 hours on low. Right before pork is done cooking make glaze.
Glaze ingredients:
•1/4c. brown sugar
•3/4c. water
•1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
•2 T. soy sauce
•1 T. cornstarch
Whisk together all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce becomes slightly thickened. When pork is done remove and shred. Place pork back into crockpot and add half of the glaze. Keep crockpot on low until ready to serve. Use the other half of the glaze to drizzle on top of tacos. Serves 4.

As you may already know, the biggest factor for weight loss/gain is energy balance. In other words, calories in vs calories out. Therefore, food quality has very little direct impact on weight loss/gain 👇

You can lose weight by eating "crap" and gain weight by eating "clean" if you hit your calorie/macronutrient goal. 🍓

I’m not trying to say that you should eat whatever you want, just remind you that only because you’re eating “healthy” food that doesn’t mean you’ll automatically start losing weight. 👍

If you struggle to lose weight and you're eating "clean" start paying attention to calories/macros because that’s what will ultimately lead you to fat loss at the end. 🍒

A craze of products came to market: fat-free cookies, cheese, chips, crackers. With the shit storm of chemicals and sugar in them to retain flavor due to the missing fat, people eat 2x -3x as much of it and often took in more calories than if they had eaten the full-fat version.

About 10 years later, the advice about fat has shifted away from "Eat less fat" to "Eat the right fats."
