#everythingthatpassesmylips - Everything else I've had to eat and drink today besides grub already posted: another full SP day 👍🏼 rice crackers (4.5), coffee (half HEXA), nectarine (S), apple (S), raspberries (S), @coopukfood giant corn (4.5 and my new favourite snack and I am planning on buying ALL of them next time I'm in Coop 😍), hifi bars (second HEXB) and a @t2tea sleepy tea (free). Also finished this booked tonight (didn't end up properly starting it until my bath last night and finished it tonight - loved it). Ending today on 15.5 syns (because I can't add), one good sized walk at lunch and 7511 steps. Day 19 of #sensibleseptember done ✅ It's weigh day tomorrow (a day early just this week) and I'm dreading it. Like I aways say to my #goldeneaglegirls once you start making the changes in your character failure, on your emotional weakness the results outside starts to show. Breakfast time 🙋🏻 I used 50g of oats (5SP) water to make it because I don't have any almond milk (0SP) topped with 14g of Jim ham spread (2SP) and a banana (0SP) and hopefully this will keep me full until 12ish because I have to drive home to get my stitches removed so I thought I might as well come home for lunch while I'm in my town 😂👍🏻

Aloha! 🌺🌴Anyone else set fitness goals for an upcoming trip only to fall short?? Been there, done that. I had my 30th birthday trip planned for awhile, and by awhile, I mean like 5 years. Yet somehow I still wasn't physically ready for it. 🤦🏻‍♀️My body wasn't where I'd hoped it would be. AKA-not about to flaunt a bikini 👙 .
I was left with a choice: sulk and beat myself up over it, or enjoy my time in Hawaii and celebrate the progress I had made. I chose the latter. That's not to say it was easy. I mean hello, I turned 30!!! Kinda a big deal to me, and not feeling 100% confident in myself is not where I thought I'd be.

The thing is, it's so easy to see where we are right now in this moment and get discouraged, but if we look back a year, 6 months, or even last week, we can probably spot the progress we've made. Whether that be physical changes in our body or mental/emotional gains-we're getting better every day. Zoom out and look at the big picture. .
I know, for myself, that I have more muscle than I use to a year ago. I know I'm in a better place mentally when it comes to food choices. Not to say I don't still struggle, but have I grown and learned from my mistakes? For sure!

Here's the takeaway-don't let a "failed" goal spoil your travels. So who cares if you didn't lose that extra pound before your trip? Don't let that be the memory you take from your trip. Remember how it felt to lay in the sun or how strong your legs were on that hike. Be happy right now with yourself, but always be learning, growing, and bettering yourself.

Ever feel like you have been hit by a freight train? Have a 1000 pounds weighing on your chest.
Well last night was one of those night where I realized I have so much more work to do on myself. When I went through some extensive training six months ago for free (perks of being a coach) I was asked why I wasn't achieving the success I wanted. I had put up so many walls that I didn't know what it was until our trainer drilled me until I broke that wall I felt emotion, I cried, I let it all go that night. Then I started reading books to help me get over that fear and reasoning that I was holding on to. Monday night I was asked a similar question in a team meeting and I gave some bullshit unfelt reason.
It wasn't until last night it hit me like a freight train one simple innocent thing sent me off the emotional deep end. I was asked to choose a shirt size for a project and when I went to do it the largest size was an XL. It flooded my head immediately with those samr emotions. It made me feel like I was back in high school picking uniforms for volleyball and basketball where there was never one big enough for me. I had to stick out like a sore thumb because our school couldn't afford new ones that fit so I had short from Eastbay and a shirt squeezed me like a sardine. I felt like the shitty singled out fat girl again.
I truly know that is not what the intention was but that is what hit home and made me realize that I still have a lot of inside work to do. That is the reason I have been holding back for achieving my goals, because I am afraid to be lonely again. I am afraid I am going to be picked on for not being skinny.
