Jeg er lidt træt og ør jeg var oppe kl. 05 i morges 😴 Power WOD... det er mandag og vi skulle lave back squats 10 x 5 med 50 kg (vi brugte en herrevægtstand 20 kg og der sidder en 5 kg inderst/bagved 10 kg). ✅ Planks are great for developing stability not only in the abdominals but the entire body! 👌🏻
.
✅ They teach how to effectively brace the abdominals. This can be transferred to compound lifts such as squats and deadlifts in which the midsection must remain tight ☝🏻
.
✅ They can be used for posture improvement. When done correctly planks force us to align our body. The shoulders are engaged and retracted, the midsection is braced and the glutes are activated to stabilise the pelvis 💪🏻

Perform them correctly! 👌🏻
The hips should be in line with the lower back and legs! Not raised too high or sunken too low! 🙅🏼‍♂️
