I lost 2.5lbs this week! I’m chuffed to bits as I’ve really gone for it this week and I weighed late last weeks it was only 6 days since I last weighed in! 3 1/2 lbs to go to reach my target for my holiday and my first interim target. Happy hump day πŸͺ🐫 breakfast was a good old smoothie. Frozen berries πŸ’πŸ‡πŸ“πŸŒ, a dash of strawberry πŸ“ yogurt, soya chocolate 🍫 milk then normal soya milk! Was beautiful and so so filling! Lunch was a salad πŸ₯— with chicken πŸ— and 1 slice of soya cheese πŸ§€ also a little packet of edamame beans cooked in soya sauce 🀩. Dinner was Carvery as we where both feeling too lazy to cook. I had beef πŸ₯© and gammon. And loaaaddsss of veg πŸ₯’πŸ₯¦πŸ₯•πŸ πŸ₯” however as you can see I didn’t eat any of the potatoes πŸ₯” and gave half my yorkshire to my boyf haha so didn’t even eat that much! 🐷 I also got my lashes done last night. πŸ’πŸ½β€β™€οΈIt always makes me feel good about myself and brings up my confidence so a little video πŸ“· to show them off! Roll on Thursday βœ…πŸ€©

Tuesday- feeling like a Monday and I like it! However I tried to turn up for my Monday class and forgot it was Tuesday πŸ€­πŸ€”! Breakfast was 50g of raisins as I had no soya yogurts left. Gym did around 200 calories πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ (wanted to do my class πŸ™„) and lunch was 2 apples 🍎 and edamame beans NOTE THESE ARE RAW, I COOKED THEM IN THE MICROWAVE AFTER DO NOT EAT RAW(google it if you are interested 🀒) came home and felt peckish so had an alpro chocolate pot that was rank! Didn’t even eat 2 spoon πŸ₯„ fulls. Dinner was good, had no green until shop tomorrow so mushroom πŸ„ and 1 bacon πŸ₯“ omelette 🍳 and half a tin πŸ₯« of beans 😍 and a gluten and dairy feee thins!!! Tuesday done βœ… now to prep for lunch tomorrow then early night into bed!
