I have switched my #weighday from Monday to Saturday. And it's going from an evening weigh to a morning weigh. I am pretty excited for the change! Since today is my first time weighing at this time I knew I needed some breakfast and I wanted to keep it light. This plate is ZERO #smartpoints. AHHHHHHH!!! So happy Jamie and I are going to the gym today after lasts nights alcohol consumption 😩 I know you can't workout a bad diet but it's better than nothing! Ready for an on plan week now I got some of the naughties (the oh so lovely naughties) out the way 😇
