December #weighday . I know I can't live in the past, but on November 30th my weight was actually 202. On Friday, 12/1 I was in a car accident and my back was strained, so I didn't work out. What didn't help was that during that week off,I didn't eat as clean as I could have. Trying to shake this gain off, and work my weight back down 🤦♀️🤷♀️🤦♀️ Mad at myself, but I know what I did and I know how my body processes food #pcos#lowcarb sigh.
(Had to delete my last post as I accidentally put week two and not three and OCD 🤗) I knew I was going to gain so no surprise but not as bad as I thought! 2 weeks ago I gained 1lb and tonight I lost 1lb (I can only make my weigh in every second Monday).. feel like I'm up and down like a yoyo just now. I was expecting a gain tonight so I'm over the moon to have lost the pound that I gained a fortnight ago. I would love to enjoy the festive period eating whatever I liked but I'm really feeling the effects of not sticking to plan the way I know I can. Well last week at class was given an elf to help keep me on track. It did help, I was shocked with having couple nights out, with 1.5 lbs off. Happy 😊 Even got to bring the elf home again this week, so Magic Mike gonna keep an eye on me, but these next 2 weeks it will be plan when can. If I get a loss or maintain I will be dead chuffed. Today’s been so busy because we got our tree!!! It’s up, and ready to be decorated tomorrow when it’s dropped a bit 🤩 food wise was ok, but I ate too many slices of cinnamon roll so I’m gonna try and gym tomorrow 💁🏻♀️
I also had a really lovely dinner to treat myself. But random but just using left overs in the fridge really. At the moment I love melting my Hex a (light laughing cow cheese) and putting tomatoes in it to make a cheesy sauce. I'm finding a lot of SlimmingWorld food quite dry so I'm loving this!! Still really chuffed with my weight loss this week and also mega proud of @___letsdothis with a brilliant loss as well! Makes me so happy that we're both doing good. Roll on a fab Christmas and new year, new me. But for real this time✅

Weighed in tonight and lost 1/2 lb! Wasn't expecting anything tonight and I'm so happy! Any loss in December is amazing for me and I'm just glad the scales are moving the right direction! This week is tough with three nights out! The first was tonight - Chinese buffet style dinner for @chlxe_zx 16th birthday. Wednesday is work night out and Saturday night is a Christmas night out with the girls! The plan is to stay focused and eat right when I can and enjoy my nights out too! OMG!!!! I'm so happy! Another 2.5lbs down and I'm actually relieved and chuffed, thank god one boozy weekend didn't ruin my whole week of good work. I'm 2lbs away from a stone and that was my goal before Christmas but if I maintain this week I will still be happy because I have such a foodie, fabulous, bubbly week ahead! Today was my #weighday and I am down another 2.4 pounds! This brings me to a total loss of 5.8 lbs in the two weeks I’ve been following the plan. Last week, I focused on reasonable goals and tried not to limit myself too much. I survived a holiday party and a trip to the movies (with pretzel nuggets and chocolate) this weekend and still came out with a loss! On to week three!
