So after an amazing birthday full of loads of food I only put on 2.5lbs! I've had McDonald's breakfast, Wetherspoons burger & chips, prime steak & grill, puddings, massive Chinese, pub carvery, copious amounts of cake, sweets and crisps & pizza. • •
