So many videos today (sorry? Or you're welcome? 🤣) I don't usually share my handstand practice because I am still working on basics and they are kinda boring usually, but since it's part of today's #balancekingdom assignment and it's Wednesday and #onwednesdayswehandstand I figured why not share my wheel work from this morning at the gym. It's my second day back and I can feel how much better I train outside my home. So glad to be back at my "second home". This video includes #lotushandstand work using my 15 inch yoga wheel for some support. Honestly putting my legs in lotus while in Handstand kinda scared me at first, but I felt comfortable after trying it flat on a wall so I moved away from it using the wheel. The rest of the video is a leg flow I practice to stay upside down to gain more upper body endurance for handstands. It was short practice at the gym today but it felt so good!!
