End of week 3!!! Creepin up on a month on Accutane. My lips have definitely been getting dryer these past couple of days. My back isn't flaring up, but it's also not going away. Those guys are just chillin there (and yes I do have arms 😋). No new breakouts on my face. The ones I had are drying up a lil bit. I had a stye right before I started the treatment and it's finally just about gone, whew! Hopefully it stays gone! The side of my lip cracked a bit 😢. Had a pimple in my nose along with my nose still being dry...

And this morning I woke up at 4:00am, went to the gym at 5:15 and did a leg day. It was awesome!!! After almost two hours of workout, here I brought my after workout, my shake. I do not buy protein shakes, but I try to make my own delicious one. This one has: •2 tbsp of oatmeal •1 cup of milk lactose free skim milk
•1 handful of almonds
•2 tbsp of stevia
•Vanilla to taste
•1 banana

You can adjust it to your own goal or routine day, in my case, my body needed carbs and protein.
Ps: morning workouts may be better❤
