Last week's challenge of going to the gym at 6.30am every day started off well and ended abruptly after a late night halfway through the week - not really good enough!
I need to be more disciplined with my mental attitude which brings me to this week's challenge: no distractions permitted! No phone and no social media for a week. Saturday will be a 'detox day' during which no dopamine-inducing stimuli are allowed (everything listed on one of the pictures). #weeklychallenge#noexcuses#nophone#jakoszout

💡The majority of our daily activities are done completely automatically ➡️ we think only for a small amount actively. We know how to brush our teeth, take the same way to work or university every day and enjoy our evenings according to a specific pattern. ✔️ This saves time and energy. In addition, the everyday routine is an important structural elements in our everyday lives. ✖️But: habits creep in and too much routine paralyses us and reduces creativity. 🙌🏻Theme this week: experience daily ADVENTURE. 🏝Sounds good, right? We want to experience small outbreaks of our everyday life including holiday vibes. Every little activity gives us fresh energy and strength to find a good balance between the daily to-dos and the enjoyment of freedom. ————————————————— 💡Die Mehrheit unsere täglichen Tätigkeiten vollbringen wir komplett automatisch ➡️ nur über einen kleinen Teil unserer Handlungen denken aktiv nach. Wir wissen wie wir uns die Zähne putzen, nehmen jeden Tag den gleichen Weg zur Arbeit oder Uni und gestalten unsere Abende nach einem bestimmten Muster. ✔️ Dadurch sparen wir Zeit und Energie. Außerdem dienen die alltägliche Routine als wichtige Strukturelemente in unserem Alltag. ✖️Aber: Gewohnheiten schleichen sich ein und zu viel Routine lähmt uns und verringert die Kreativität. 🙌🏻 Thema diese Woche: tägliche ABENTEUER erleben. 🏝Hört sich gut an oder? Wir wollen diese Woche kleine Ausbrüche aus dem Alltag erleben mit Urlaubsfeeling inklusive.
