Well I don't know how I did it but I did it...Cardio day done...20 of 80!!!! I dragged my bum the gym!!! This is not the best photo but am there 😂😂😂 I was in no mood for selfies today! A while back there is no way I would of worked out after a night out...I would of ate rubbish food and lay around all day - how times change! I keep promising myself that one day I’ll grow up and get a real job. But for now I’m just having way too much fun playing in shorts and tee-shirts while helping people improve their quality of life by becoming more healthy and fit.
