A few #cookingtips here:
1. Put all your sauce ingredients into a Mason jar and shake them up! Way easier than mixing and you can easily save what you don't use for next time! In my #masonjar I put canned coconut milk, red curry paste, chili paste, soy sauce, peanut butter, a dash of rice wine vinegar and salt and pepper. Pour over your veggies and tofu and let simmer until thickened.
2. Cook your tofu in an #airfryer if you have one! My friend @holisticfitmom taught me this tip. Toss your firm tofu in the fryer (I use the French fry setting) and it gives it a great texture and prevents it from crumbling apart when you add it to your sauteed veggies!
