I just had the realization that I may have invested myself into more than I can handle. But I think that’s just me being stressed. I think I’m the long run, everything will be fine. I just need to relax, take a breather, and try my best. Any tips to de-stress? I could use some right now.
Anyone can train when they feel good. That's easy. You feel motivated and ready to work. Dedication and commitment is putting in work when you don't feel great, it's 4 days into a long week of stress and responsibilities and you'd rather be somewhere else.
That's the difference between achieving your goals and going through the motions. You get out of it what you put into it.
