Changing your thinking from bitter, doom and gloom to gratitude and happiness takes training and persistence. There's no "a-ha" moment. It's about constant small decisions. Not so easy huh? But it is so important.
Focusing on the good takes practice but when you get it, everything else becomes blurry. Still working on it.
Bitterness or gratitude, it's just a choice.
