Far too many of us have exhausted ourselves with trying to find all the answers to nutrition, fitness & body image by looking everywhere BUT within ourselves. We don't trust ourselves and we have been taught to not. The overload of information through books, social media, you name it, can be very confusing. Confusing to the point where we just give up. ✨
One of the very first topics I gave at my seminar was as a coach, my goal is to teach you how to listen to your own body. What is it actually telling you? What does it need? Sometimes it just needs us to slow down. Sometimes it needs us to become a bit more present in our lives. Sometimes it wants us to get rid of our toxic nutritional beliefs that we have been carrying for so long. It wants us to understand why we are constantly fatigued instead of reaching for another coffee. ✨
The more we continue to suppress and ignore it by looking for information elsewhere, jumping from coach to coach thinking they have the 'magic formula', the more it pushes it out in other ways. ✨
