Deadlifts are a fantastic way to develop your entire posterior chain: hamstrings, glutes 🍑, lower back, traps, lats, even your core.
High volume deadlifts are a good way to make your workout feel like cardio without even doing cardio 💦
Last night's routine: 135x10, 225x6, 275x3, 315x3, 365x3, 385x3, 405x5, 415x1 (then my hand split open 😡), 4x315x8 followed by a dropset with 225 for however many reps are in the last clip... Did some leg extensions and leg curls THEN CAME BACK after dinner and did squats and quadruple dropsets on the leg press. A little core work and then 15 minutes of high intensity hell on the stair master.
