It’s Monday so you know what that means! Leg dayyy. I hate doing chest on Mondays because everyone and their mom is doing chest. But! Here’s how I start my leg day out. I just call them hamstring let downs. I have really poor hip mobility due to a lot of sitting, tendinitis in my IT band and tight hamstrings. So before I really get anything going, I get some blood pumping down into the hammies to get them warmed up. I also have a torn left meniscus so I’ll then move into some high volume leg extensions to get those quads warmed up before I even think about a leg press or a smith/hack squat. Let’s get this week started right!
