Emotional decision-making is just part of our nature. A little emotion is good, even if it feels uncomfortable or unproductive. Embracing that irritation, sadness or fear can help spark motivation.
On the other hand, too much emotion generally leads to bad decision-making. Half of all the investment losses out there is due to emotional decision-making (Dalbar)... Not knowing when to buy, not knowing when to sell, not knowing when to hold or to swap.
Make sure you're making informed decisions, don't be afraid to ask for help, and don't put too much pressure on yourself!
