Dave hit a PR Snatch off the blocks at 1kg/2.2lbs heavier than the weight he couldn’t get last week! AND he got 3kg/6.6lbs PR Jerk!
@bonnietoga has been drilling her technique weekly and it’s getting sooooo much better. Bigger weights are around the corner for her 😁
Nick is learning some Olympic Weightlifting technique during his first quarter of his strength training sessions. Clean and Jerks looked good today also he progressed to full OHS without any box to touch down on! I didn’t video but they were SOLID! 🏋🏻♂️ @shyyviolet is getting back at it after the American Open and starting off light working on fixing some minor technical flaws. Working on some position issues during the First Pull and a stronger turnover in both the Snatch and Clean.
