Is probably the best advice I could give you.
You don’t see an Olympic sprinter training like a marathon runner just as you won’t build muscle eating little food and only doing body weight exercise.
The physique I choose to create is strong, muscular and shapely.
The method I choose to use is scientific and evidenced based.
✔️I train just enough, not too much
✔️My training style is a big mash of all of the things - powerlifting, CrossFit and bodybuilding - with a focus on mind muscle connection and progressive overload.
✔️I’m eating all the foods (2 x 2400cals, 2 x 2200cals, 3 x 1900 cals) and follow flexible dieting principles
✔️ I rest, this is where the muscle growth and strength gains I’m after happens
✔️ I get adequate sleep, roughly 8 hours a night, even with a 10 month old because sleep training is the best thing ever.
