Even if it’s just 60seconds... sitting down, walking... doesn’t matter! Just focus on your breath, be mindfully about the breath, how your body feels & be aware of what your mind is doing.
60 seconds... sometimes that’s all you need to recharge.
If you’re lucky enough to be in nature while doing that, go outside & appreciate nature’s beauty.
