Maximum hydration for me today. I completely over indulged last night and don't feel great!
Will I ever learn? I get carried away and forget that hangovers are not my friend. Poor me, feeling a bit sorry for myself, can you tell?
Back to the pic, I popped some cucumber and lemon into my water. I've also recently returned to tap water over bottled. I always thought I hated the taste of tap but I'm not sure there's much different. Obvs the 🥒 and 🍋 helps but I won't be doing that everyday!
