For those of you who struggle with daily water intake, download this awesome app I just discovered! It's called WATER ALERT & its free!
You customize your goal for the day in the settings (at least half your body weigh in ounces/day), customize how many oz are in the bottles or glasses you drink and tap the photo every time you finish each bottle. At the bottom, it keeps track of your goal and shows you how much you have left.
My favorite part: it reminds you every hour (you can also change the frequency) that you need to drink AND you can make it so the alert sound is a water stream. It's adorable and super helpful :) 💧💧💧💧💧💧💧💧💧💧💧
