👙In July, I was in some sick ass shape bruv. I had been doing #cardio and #weights 6 days a week, while following a spotless #diet of #fats , #protein , #veg and a #carb cycle , 7days a week for 7weeks solid.
Being this disciplined for this amount of time was the result of having multiple #fitness shoots throughout the end of June and early July. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I don't like to fuck around. If I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it like a woman possessed, tunnel vision is my preferred method.
However, I appreciate that not everybody finds that method enjoyable 😂 and you don't have to do it like this. #Training 4-5x a week alongside once weekly #Cheat nights or once/twice weekly #clean #refeed days will still get you great aesthetic results.
🥘once my shoots were dunzo, i went away and even though I #trained almost every day, I ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted.
I love the #training side of what I do, and the #nutrition is FASCINATING, its what keeps it interesting that's for sure, BUT, if you're a foodie like me, it's a huge relief when you've gotten to the end of a prep.
No, I don't binge eat, but no, I don't look at food as a break down of #calories, #fats , #proteins , #carbs and #sugars .
I look at it how I used to, like pizza is king and wine is god.
And of course, after a few days (YES, DAYS), my #body changes.
📸 So I have waited a week, while I trained daily and cleaned up my diet, before I weighed in and took my Day 1 photograph.
Because if you weigh in after a cheat night, let alone a cheat MONTH, your #body is going to be holding on to a hell of a lot of #water . It will look and weigh in like a big, bloated bowling ball.
I didn't want to post a crazy #bloated watery picture alongside a crazy exaggerated #weigh in number and claim that was my start point.
⚖️ so here we go, day 1, Week 1, 134lbs (about 10lbs up), curves are back and that's not bloat, thats a little fat bowl of love where my obliques used to be 😂
🏃🏼♀️ currently doing 30mins MISS (moderate intensity steady state cardio) before weights later 🏋🏼♀️
