This woman decided not to do a field sobriety test, so a deputy saw that as a free pass to throw her face first onto the asphalt.

Bobbie L. Mael of Lockport, NY says in legal papers that her arms and legs were bruised, too, and she suffered a concussion when an Erie County Sheriff’s deputy threw her face first onto the Transit Road parking lot she had pulled into because she felt sick.

The officer ordered her to get out of the car for the test, but she didn’t want to do it.

NO charges were filed against cops who ‘accidentally’ fired 107 bullets at an innocent mom and daughter!

At 5 a.m. on February 7, 2013, Margie Carranza and her mother, Emma Hernandez, 71, were delivering newspapers throughout a residential neighborhood in Torrance when eight LAPD cops suddenly opened fire. Hernandez shielded her daughter trying to protect her and was shot twice in the back. Besides, both women suffered severe cuts from the broken glass.

Turns out the Torrance PD and LAPD were looking for a suspect who was a 33-YO BLACK MALE! After firing 107 bullets at the innocent women and realising they were mistaken, the cops neither helped the women nor explained their actions to the local residents who found their vehicles, houses, and front doors riddled with bullets. Cops only called paramedics and drove away.

25 minutes later still searching for a large black man driving a gray Nissan Titan, Torrance cops shot David Perdue, a white man who was driving a black Honda Ridgeline.

How could they mistake two Hispanic women, one of whom is 71, and a white man for a large black male? The incompetence of the cops makes me sick! It is like giving a gun to a monkey and saying it to catch a suspect. Besides, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced Wednesday that no criminal charges will be filed against the eight LAPD cops. Isn't it the double standard of the police state America?

Badge or no badge we should be able to defend ourselves against violence! Luckily the law is on our side. This case proves it.

This was a great precedent case. We should all remember that defending ourselves is not a crime. With our silent consent, abusive cops will continue to oppress us. And don't forget to film the police if you are ever in an encounter with them.

Once again a cop ‘accidentally’ shot an unarmed man, faced no consequences and was put back to his regular duty to do it again. Police are allowed too much, don’t you think so?

How did it happen? The police officer was chasing a guy who was allegedly driving his motorcycle at excessive speeds down a two-way street and was caught up finally. A motorcyclist didn’t attempt to run, was unarmed and posed no threat to the cop. The officer jumped out of his car with his gun drawn and started to yell on the motorcyclist but before he finished his phrase, he’d shot the unarmed. He caused him injury and got no punishment at all! Later the cop said it was unintentional.

Let’s imagine he was a simple man without immunity of policeman. What would happen to him then? He could go to jail for many years or at least get fired, but in reality, he came away without a scratch. This monstrous injustice is very common, this case isn’t unique. Police often shoot people unintentional. And the worst thing about this situation is that cops don’t get fired after these «unintentional» shots. How many other people can they shoot this way? Why those who are called to protect us cause us injury? We have no answers yet... #watchthepolice #cops #policebrutality #police #policestate #fuckthepolice #policereform #policeviolence #pigs #lawenforcement #filmthepolice

WATCH! COP KILLED UNARMED BLACK MAN

Timothy Mitchell was shot and killed by officer Justin Schlabach in 2014. But recently, the victim's family have known that the cop will have immunity in the lawsuit.

Folks, on the video we can clearly see that Timothy showed no treat and there was no reasons to kill him.

So how is that possible that the killer can get the immunity in the lawsuit and get his job back?

And they did it twice... man if I leave a drain plug loose twice I get fired but cops can go and shoot the wrong people, and the wrong vehicle twice.. and no charges laid huh? Sounds like they should stand in front of their own firing squad. Absolute wastes of life👎🏽🖕🏽 #Repost @cop__block__us

This story and this video shocks and infuriates me! Staff dropped water and food beyond #ElliottWilliams reach and did nothing to save him as he was lying on the cold concrete floor with a broken neck and begged for help.

Cops arrested and abused the Black Army vet, who had a history of mental illness, at a Marriott hotel on Oct. 21, 2011. Hotel staff called the cops after Williams, who was with his parents, appeared to have a mental breakdown in the lobby. His only alleged crime was misdemeanor obstruction. But he paid with his life. While Williams was dying, his father tried in vain to contact his son. The staff accused Williams of faking an injury and never cared to check if he is lying.

Please, remind me where we live. Is it a Democracy or Tyranny? The shit like this is supposed to happen only in horror movies and books. How the hell not a single one of these bastards cared about the dying man there in the prison cell? What were they thinking when they went to bed and had breakfast? This is the criminal and maniac thinking. This is the principle called "Let someone else care about it". I think all the police live by this principle and also by "I can do any shit I want" crap. This is serious! It shows how vulnerable all the citizens are in this fucking police state!
