➕You choose your hard.➕ Yes, working out almost every day is HARD. Choosing to eat healthy 80% of the time is HARD.
Making time for yourself can be HARD.
But you know what else is HARD?
Feeling like crap.
Not having enough energy to take care of your precious children God gifted you with.
Getting winded playing at the park with your kids.
Feeling unhappy about yourself.
Feeling like you are losing your mind.
Not feeling comfortable in your clothes.
Dealing with health issues.
I could go and on, and I'm pretty sure dealing with the later is MUCH harder but again... You choose your hard!
