Why I prioritize to train with a coach? Yes, I do answer that question a few times every week. It’s simple, I want results and to get that I need someone awesome ( just ”good” is not enough) who has the knowledge and experience, not only about ”training” but also about food/nutrition. So people who have opinions and think that I don’t eat anything or think that I only eat salad. This is eating according to the meal plan, which the coach has ”ordered” me to eat today.
2 dl oatmeal, 200 gr rasberries, 3 eggs, 1 avocado, 400 gr mashed potatoes, 200 gr chicken, 80 gr turkey, 3 pieces of crispbread, 12 pieces of sushi (saturday is refill) cucumber, salad and tomatoes and one propoud.
This is not food for the entire neighborhood, it’s what I’ll eat today and it’s called ”eat according to your meal plan and to your goals”.
