My workouts are pretty random. I go through a long warm up and do shoulder rehab drills. After that I go through what I feel like doing that day. Which changes with the seasons.
It's not the best method if you have a clear goal but my goal is more having fun and working out so I'm good 😁

My muscle ups a bit off, this is the longest muscle up set I've done in months but everyday my shoulder feels better and better!! 💪💪💪💪💪
