Working full time, going to graduate school full time, working out and still trying to maintain a social life and a family life πŸ˜… That's me y'all πŸ™‹πŸΌ I'm doing EVERYTHING I can to stay afloat right now, including meal prepping πŸ€“ For dinners this week I've got 98% lean ground @perduechicken, generously seasoned with @traderjoes chili lime seasoning, and paired with steamed @harristeeter green beans or broccoli. Friends, last night at @carowindspark was A COMPLETE DUMPSTER FIRE πŸ‘» I was so stressed out by the theatrics of the characters, haunted mazes and whatnot (not to mention, I can't do roller coasters 🎒) that I made myself sick. After my oral surgery Monday morning, I haven't been feeling so hot. For the most part I chalked it up to the minor surgery and that ting of the month- until I finally crawled into bed last night 😴. Hey all! Still alive over here. I've been quiet because I've just been really defeated / frustrated with my body. You think by being on a weight loss journey for 2 years you'd get the hang of it but nope. Life it hard, life happens. I thought in Jan I'd get back on track and lose what I had gain but I've just gained more. I'm trying my best and just here to be honest. Yesterday was the first time I went to OTF in 26 days. And then today I went to Yoga and joined their studio. I think a mix of OTF and yoga will be great for me.
