When you pass and your partner shrimps out 🦐 here is a counter.
I tend to use this from the over under pass and I don’t quite control the hips well enough that my partner slips out from under me.
I’ve also used this when being swept by someone. If I can get the timing right, I can do this back roll type Movement and come back on top.
