Chicken breasts in a piri-piri marinade (for flavour), and 4 lots of veg - carrots, broccoli, sweet potatoes, and brussel sprouts.......you thought they were only for Christmas? NOT THIS TIME!!! 😂😂 (brown rice to be added when reheated)
Probably the last bit of indi/interesting food prep I'll be doing as my PT has sorted a meal plan for me to try out, so I'll be investing in that after all this. I want to be lean, he wants me to be lean, and he's placed a bet with me too .......... the one thing folks have learned over the years when it comes to me is this:
Never, EVER, underestimate me or count me out when my back is against the wall and odds are impossible!! Because you will be eating humble pie!!
