Hand stands are one of my favorite things to do. But unfortunately, they aren't the easiest thing to master. They take strength, balance and confidence. Before I got pregnant with my 4th, I had them pretty much down. But...after having Jonas; I had to start all over again. Then, when I was close; I hurt my back 😩
(10 years ago, atv accident= messed up back for life. 😏) I have to be careful with anything I do and sometimes I'm not. 🤦♀️
Anyways, I've been making progress. Wall walks, wall stands, wall push ups. Baby steps to getting stronger. This is another goal I have for 2018. Hand stands..without a wall!!
Fun fact: Tabata helps you build strength and balance to do handstands. I could never get enough strength to do them until after I started Tabata. 😁#fitmomof4boys #2018goals #makingprogress #tabatastrength #wallstands #wallwalks
