I’m a little late in posting this but I can’t believe 4 weeks have already passed while doing #thefityogitrainer! This has been one of the best eguides and workout programs I have followed! I think back to where I was 4 weeks ago and WOW! I have gained muscle, strength, endurance, positivity, self love, confidence and flexibility in my yoga practice. I have lost fear of falling, several inches, many pounds and the need to please or compete with others (but have learned to be happy with where I am at currently right here and now). I have reached poses I never thought possible and I am wearing clothes that haven’t fit me in years! (And I’ve been working my ass off for the past year and a half to lose those inches!!!) And all while I have been completing these amazing hiit workouts and busting out strength drills and learning yoga flows I have been accompanied by and cheered on by the cutest yoga mom @yogoskenz who truly has helped me reach another level in my practice and help further along my health and fitness journey!
Sorry for the long rant but I’m finally seeing some of the changes I set out to see in this fitness journey and it makes me so excited! Now I’m off to complete these 4 weeks again and I can’t wait to see where I am then!
