Before today, I was only able to count on four days of walks because I had a weekly meeting that made it hard to get the walk and a shower AND breakfast in on Tuesday mornings. This week, the meeting was pushed out by 30 min, and it made all the difference. ⏰
Lots of stuff in our lives are like that, I think; we think we can’t possibly fit a new thing into our routine, and instead we put off self-care or healthy habits, or just something we need to do like pay bills or meet a deadline. But in reality, a simple shift in the day-to-day business of life might be all we need. 🙌🏻
