How do you start your day?
For me, coffee is an essential part of my morning routine to wake up and get shit done 😆
I’ve never been caffeine sensitive and I’ve probably read every pro and con of coffee consumption.
I’ve tried tea, lemon water, molasses, apple cider vinegar, all the morning trends.
Coffee is what works for mee, what makes meee feel good.
Every person in this beautiful world is unique and has their own morning preference✨
My coffee mixture is simple;
expresso, @lovemysilk creamer, topped with cinnamon 😋
No other added sugar, no breast milk creamer🐄 (because #dairyisscary ), and cinnamon is a great way to aid in digestion and gives ya an extra little energy boost 🙆🏼♀️
