The problems about saying: I AM FINE.
What it actually means is: YOU HAVE GIVEN UP.
I am fine… I hate my job – but hey, it is hard to get a job, so I am fine.
I am fine… I haven’t had sex for 3 months. But that’s’ what happened when you are married for 10 years, so I am fine.
My husband is more like a flatmate, but he annoys me most of the time anyway, but hey I am fine.
I am overly overweight, can’t move and feel pain every time I get up, - but hey I have bad genes, I am fine.
I would love to do yoga and going for walks, but I am just so tired and I can do it next month, I am fine.
Saying I am fine means that you have given up.
You settle for unhappiness and are being ok with less.
You are blocking yourself from having an amazing, fulfilling, loving, incredible life.
Stop settling for fine and ok.
You will never feel like going for a walk or get up early.
You will never feel like changing your diet and make changes.
You will need to decide to take that leap and make this decision.
