Happy Tuesday Fit Fam! Here is another summer circuit for you! This is great to be done first thing in the morning and right in your own bedroom or living room!
This is to be done in Tabata Style, 20 seconds of movement and 10 seconds of rest, for 4 rounds.
1. Jumping Jacks- self explanatory lol
2. Jump Squats- with legs slightly farther than hip width apart, jump up and reach to the ceiling. When you come back down keep your hands together for balance.
3. Modified Push-ups- perform on hands and knees.
4. Crunches - standard
5. Modified V-ups - sit up at an incline with your legs raised up like a table top, lay back and begin to straighten your legs then come back to starting position.
6. Plank- standard.
