Yesterdays warmup/core session; perfect for anyone starting out as all the exercises use only your body weight and can be done in the comfort of your own home.
3 Sets of:
1 Min Russian Twists
1 Min V-Ups
1 Min Bicycle Crunches
1 Min Plank
1 Min Rest or Superset
For those starting out, I would recommend taking the 5th minute of every set to rest and start with 30 second intervals for each exercise. Gradually work your way to the 1 minute intervals as your core strength develops. Also, if some of these exercises prove difficult, substitute at your discretion, i.e., pick any four core exercises and follow the same timing method.
For those more advanced, I would recommend adding in some other exercises in the 5th minute (superset) as I did with the deficit pushups and jump rope.
